Work Location- Airoli , Navi Mumbai

Pay Package- 15 Lpa - 25 Lpa

Interview Sequence- Ops-Client-HR

Job Responsibilities-

• Technical review and assessment of applications

• Support and troubleshooting technical issues and complex application.

• Packaging applications in MSI format using Admin Studio

• Virtualize applications using App-V

• Packaging applications for Citrix environment

• Deploy Applications using SCCM, Altiris.

• Provisioning and administrating virtual desktops.

• Ensuring Process and SLA adherence

• Train and mentor new team members

• Create the PowerShell scripts for the package configuration

• Willing to work in Shifts as required

• Supporting VDI infrastructure

• Managing VDI infrastructure – Building \ Assignment \ Managing \ Troubleshooting

• Supports his/her team during diagnosis whenever required

• Guarantees the production readiness for day to day operations.

• Actively learn new technologies and technology trends which is getting incorporated into CA-CIB environment.

• Perform health checks as defined and take respective actions

• Responsible for service request, incidents and other tasks

Skills Required-

• Proficient in Windows 10, Windows Server 2k12R2 , 2k16 and 2k22 operating systems and good knowledge of file system and registries

• Good in technical troubleshooting and problem solving.

• Familiarity in using VMWare Workstation

• Expert in VB and PowerShell scripting

• Use deployment tools to deploy packages

• Creating packages for Citrix environment

• Create process documents and checklists for packaging

• Experience in handling Driver, Add-In applications

• Experience on packaging tools like ORCA, ProcMon, Picture Taker

• Publish applications in Citrix farm

• Test the application using Citrix client

• Troubleshoot packaged application issues on Citrix environment and fix them

• Knowledge on Active Directory

• Proficient in ITIL frame work

• Experienced in handling complex and very complex applications

• Must have expert Knowledge in application packaging, Application Compatibility testing and Software Distribution

• Should be able to handle all technical customer escalations

• Experienced in Altiris, SCCM

• Experienced in application virtualization App-V 4.6 and 5.1

• Experienced in creating the Virtual machine and assigning it to user using XenDesktop 7.15

• Experienced in troubleshooting the Network flows using nexthink.

• Should have knowledge on Firewall, clusters and related components.

• Experienced in supporting the VDI infrastructure using Citrix XenDesktop 7.15

Key Competencies-

• Minimum 5yrs of relevant experience in Citrix environment

• Customer service oriented, able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills

• Must be self-motivated and directed and demonstrate a keen attention to detail and possess the ability to work autonomously

• Flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.

Educational Qualifications-

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in information/computer technology preferred.
