Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all administrative operations across projects and office functions.
Prepare and control budgets, financial and administrative reports.
Lead and supervise the administration team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and third parties for materials and logistics.
Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and procedures.
Ensure all documentation, permits, and project compliance are accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, specifically within the construction or building materials industry
Based in Bali or willing to relocate
Must be willing to attend an interview in Bali
Strong leadership and team management skills
Fluent in English and bahasa
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
Deep understanding of construction-related administration, including logistics, procurement, and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working under pressure
