Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Acquisitions Specialist to drive business growth through strategic planning, market research, and Channel Partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities and initiate strategic sourcing initiatives in the real estate sector.
• BUILD and maintain a strong network of clients and channel partners to generate leads through collaborations with IPCs and local broker networks.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and nurture key client relationships through exceptional verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Engage confidently with and present to senior leadership and high-level stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including trends and forecasts.
• Strong hold over the CP network, ensuring seamless collaboration and lead generation.
• Excellent negotiation, convincing, and deal-closing skills, with the ability to adapt to complex scenarios.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage challenging projects, driving them successfully through successful CP collaborations.
• Proven track record in handling large-scale projects and driving them successfully through strategic partnerships.
Experience and Qualifications:
• Minimum 02 years of experience in real estate, with exposure to large-scale transactions and channel partners, preferably in developer environments.
• MBA or Bachelor's degree with a Real Estate background, with hands-on experience in Sourcing and Acquisitions.
Preferred Background:
• Previous experience in real estate with developer environments, focusing on asset acquisition and management.
