About the internship

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our finance department. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in accounting and financial management. The Accounts Intern will work closely with our accounting team and contribute to various financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry: Assist in recording financial transactions accurately and timely in accounting software.

2. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Help process invoices, payments, and monitor accounts receivable.

3. Bank Reconciliation: Support in reconciling bank statements and identifying discrepancies.

4. Journal Entries: Assist in posting journal entries and maintaining the general ledger.

5. Financial Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Qualifications:

- Recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of accounting principles.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
