- Recording Transactions: Coding and entering day-to-day financial data into accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and credit cards to ensure records match actual cash flow.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Managing vendor invoices (AP) and customer billing/collections (AR).
- Payroll & Taxes: Processing payroll, managing employee expense claims, and preparing data for VAT or income tax returns.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing preliminary, monthly, or quarterly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
