Job Title: Account Manager – HR & Sales (Events Industry)

Job Summary
We’re looking for someone who can manage event companies (clients) and also help them hire the right people. This role is a mix of sales (talking to companies and onboarding them) and HR (understanding their hiring needs, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews).
Key Responsibilities
• Call and onboard event companies to Mostly Events
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand hiring needs and company culture
• Filter applications, take interviews, and shortlist candidates
• Visit clients and attend meetings when needed
• Work closely with the founder and be part of a small, growing team
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3+ years in sales, HR, recruitment, or client servicing
• Good communication and people skills
• Interest in the events/wedding industry
• Comfortable with field work in Mumbai
• Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi is a bonus)
