Job Title: Account Manager – HR & Sales (Events Industry)

Location: Mumbai (Western Suburbs preferred)

Type: Full-time, In-office/Hybrid

Mostly Events is a hiring platform for the event, wedding, hospitality, decor, and photography industries. We help companies find the right talent and help job seekers get relevant jobs.

Job Summary

We’re looking for someone who can manage event companies (clients) and also help them hire the right people. This role is a mix of sales (talking to companies and onboarding them) and HR (understanding their hiring needs, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews).

Key Responsibilities

• Call and onboard event companies to Mostly Events

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Understand hiring needs and company culture

• Filter applications, take interviews, and shortlist candidates

• Visit clients and attend meetings when needed

• Work closely with the founder and be part of a small, growing team

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3+ years in sales, HR, recruitment, or client servicing

• Good communication and people skills

• Interest in the events/wedding industry

• Comfortable with field work in Mumbai

• Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi is a bonus)
