Position: Tech Lead / CTO – AdTech / MarTech

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Experience: 10+ years

Compensation: Competitive with ESOPs

About The Role

We are seeking a Technology Leader (Tech Lead/CTO) for a high-growth AdTech/MarTech industry. This is a core leadership role focused on building scalable platforms, driving innovation, and aligning tech strategy with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the company’s technology roadmap and architecture

• Build and lead high-performing engineering teams (backend, frontend, data)

• Own end-to-end development and deployment of AdTech/MarTech products (DSPs, DMPs, customer engagement platforms, analytics, etc.)

• Collaborate with product, sales, and business teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions

• Stay up to date with emerging tech in programmatic advertising, user targeting, AI/ML, personalization, etc.

• Implement best practices in code quality, security, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in technology, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership role

• Proven experience in AdTech / MarTech / programmatic / real-time bidding / personalization / analytics platforms

• Strong background in system design, microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native technologies

• Expertise in one or more tech stacks (Node.js, Python, Java, React, AWS/GCP, etc.)

• Experience scaling platforms to handle high throughput and low-latency data

• Strong leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Prior experience at a product-led startup or building 0→1 tech platforms

• Exposure to data engineering, ML-driven personalization, or campaign optimization systems

• Familiarity with tools like Segment, Mixpanel, Snowflake, PostHog, CDPs, etc.
