Job Requirement :

Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or Management-related fields.

Mandarin is a must.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Preferably under 30 years old.

Strong execution, teamwork, communication, adaptability, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and execute new product launches with cross-functional teams.

Coordinate resources, tooling, and equipment readiness.

Manage product and process documentation (ECN, TCN, SOP).

Track and resolve production process issues and anomalies.

Communicate with stakeholders and ensure timely updates.

Monitor KPIs and performance metrics.

Ensure safety compliance through inspections and follow-ups.

Organize NPI meetings and follow up on decisions.
