Responsibilities:
Identify and attract prospective loan clients through outreach, referrals, and walk-ins.
Conduct interviews with applicants to determine financial eligibility and repayment ability.
Provide guidance to clients on loan products, terms, and application requirements.
Evaluate loan applications and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Conduct credit checks, background verifications, and risk assessments through the right department.
Perform cash flow and collateral analysis where applicable.
Submit recommendations for loan approvals to the credit committee.
Prepare and review loan agreements for approval and disbursement.
Ensure compliance with company lending policies and regulatory standards.
Monitor active loan accounts to detect early signs of default.
Follow up with clients on repayment schedules and resolve repayment issues.
Initiate recovery steps for defaulted loans in collaboration with recovery officers.
Maintain accurate client and loan records.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on loan performance and disbursement activities.
Adhere to all KYC regulations
