Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated Law Student or recent graduate for a Junior Legal Assistant position (NYSC). The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience or strong knowledge in drafting various types of legal contracts. You'll play a key role in assisting our legal team with contract preparation, analysis, and management, contributing directly to our operational efficiency.

Experience Level : Internship & Graduate

Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents and contracts, including but not limited to, service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and terms and conditions.

Assisting with the preparation and organization of contract templates and standard clauses.

Conducting legal research to support contract drafting and compliance efforts.

Analyzing existing contracts for key provisions, obligations, and potential risks.

Maintaining and updating contract databases and records.

Supporting the legal team with administrative tasks related to contract lifecycle management.

Collaborating with various departments to gather necessary information for contract development.

Requirements:

Must be a serving youth corper (NYSC)

0-1 year experience is required

LLB in Law is required
