Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Sort, wash, dry, and fold all guest and crew laundry according to company standards

Iron and press guest clothing and linens as needed

Maintain inventory of linens and towels and report any shortages to the appropriate department

Ensure that all laundry equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions to the appropriate department

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures when handling and storing laundry

Assist with the delivery and retrieval of guest laundry as needed

Maintain a clean and organized laundry area at all times

Report any lost or damaged items to the appropriate department

Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role preferred

Knowledge of proper laundry techniques and equipment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
