Position Details
Type: Remote, Half-Day (Internship or Entry-Level)
Compensation: Will be discussed during the interview.
Location: South Africa (Flexible – Must have reliable internet and own equipment)

What You’ll Do
You’ll be working across two creative areas:
Graphic Design Tasks (Main Position & Task)
Role Summary:
Supports the design team by creating visual content for digital and print platforms. Ensures brand consistency while contributing fresh creative ideas to campaigns and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Design marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, banners, posters, etc.)
Create social media graphics, digital ads, and web visuals
Assist in branding work such as logos, brand guides, and stationery
Prepare print-ready artwork and liaise with printers/suppliers
Work alongside marketing and development teams to deliver assets
Incorporate feedback into revisions and final outputs
Keep up with design and social media trends to keep work fresh
Animate simple graphics for reels or social posts (using After Effects or Canva animations)
Design and export assets for web (web-optimised images)
Assist with basic web layout mock-ups or UI/UX concepts in Figma
Manage and organise design assets in cloud storage or team systems
Support with packaging design or product mock-ups when needed
Expectations:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Basic knowledge of Canva and/or Figma is advantageous
Good grasp of layout, colour theory, typography, and brand design
Portfolio that demonstrates creativity and technical skills
Ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously
Attention to detail and good time management
Openness to feedback and willingness to learn and grow
Understanding of how design works across different platforms (social, print, web)
Digital Marketing Tasks (Bonus/Secondary Position & Task)
* An increase in monthly salary will be considered if you are able to successfully perform the following tasks.
Role Summary:
Assists the marketing team in executing campaigns, creating content, managing social media, and tracking analytics to support brand growth and online visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and publish content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Support email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.)
Assist with blog writing, proofreading, and basic content creation
Conduct keyword research and help with SEO optimization tasks
Help manage paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and report on performance
Update and maintain website content using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
Track campaign analytics and prepare basic performance reports
Monitor online community engagement and respond to comments/messages
Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google
Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager independently
Write SEO-optimised blog posts and landing page copy
Create simple performance dashboards or reports using tools like Looker Studio
Assist with funnel creation or marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp flows, Zapier, ZOHO CRM automations)
Expectations:
Strong communication and copywriting skills (grammar, tone, clarity)
Familiarity with digital tools: Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads
Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and PPC campaigns
Ability to think analytically and interpret marketing data
Comfortable using CMS tools like WordPress
Eagerness to stay updated with digital trends and marketing tactics
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Creative mindset and proactive approach to learning

A basic design or marketing portfolio (even classwork or passion projects are welcome)
Minimum 1 year of experience or currently studying Graphic Design or Digital Marketing
A good attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow instructions carefully
