Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in preparing HSE reports for the management

Support the development of HSE-related documentation for ongoing and upcoming projects

Help compile documentation for tender processes, under the direction of the HSE Manager

Conduct preliminary research or data collection related to project safety requirements

Participate in internal audits, inspections, and other safety-related activities

Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable HSE regulations and company standards

Qualifications & Requirements

Fresh graduate from Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field

Holds a valid K3 Certification (issued by Kemenaker)

Demonstrates strong initiative and a proactive attitude in completing tasks

Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Willing to learn and contribute to both technical and administrative aspects of HSE work

Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months
