Dear Applicants,
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Graduate Intern to join our team. This opportunity is open exclusively to recent graduates who are passionate about Human Resources and eager to gain practical experience in a real working environment. You’ll be exposed to various HR functions, with a primary focus on recruitment, and the chance to contribute to impactful people initiatives.
Please note that the internship requires a minimum commitment of 3 months, and strong performance during the internship may lead to a full-time offer.
What You’ll Do:
Support recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, CV screening, and interview coordination.
Assist with onboarding activities and maintain internal documentation.
Help manage applicant tracking systems and internal HR databases.
Participate in team initiatives across employee engagement, learning & development, and culture-building.
Support various HR-related tasks and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and remote-first environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Fresh graduate (Bachelor’s degree) in Psychology, Management, or other HR-related fields.
Genuine interest in Human Resources, especially recruitment and talent development.
Previous internship or experience in recruitment is a plus.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional setting.
Available to start as soon as possible.
