About the role

The Himalaya Wellness Internship Program is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic and evolving fields of office administration and support at PT Himalaya Wellness Indonesia. As an intern, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the smooth running of our operations and gaining valuable insights into the inner workings of a leading consumer wellness company.

Position Open:

Sales Data Analyst Intern

Social Media Intern (any major are welcoming to apply)

Supply Chain Intern (shall come from IT background)

Pharma Intern (shall come from Pharmacy background)

What you'll be doing

Providing support to various departments

Handling incoming inquiries and providing excellent communication to both internal and external stakeholders

Participating in project-based work and contributing to the development of innovative solutions

Gaining exposure to a range of business functions

Actively engaging in professional development opportunities and training sessions

What we're looking for

Currently enrolled in a university degree program or fresh graduates

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

A keen interest in the consumer wellness industry and a willingness to learn and adapt

Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

Having own laptop

Willing to work 4 days WFO and 1 day WFH in Kelapa Gading

Willing to commit until the program is accomplished (6 months)
