*Lead and manage all branch staff, ensuring productivity and discipline

*Drive business growth by sourcing new customers and expanding loan and deposit portfolios

*Supervise and monitor all branch operations including loan processing, disbursements , recovery, and savings mobilization

*Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements (CBN, NDIC,etc)

*Review and approve loan applications within set approval limits

*Monitor loan portfolio performance and enforce timely recovery of loans.

*Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly branch reports to head office

*Organize customer engagement and financial literacy sessions in the community.

*Manage risk, perform branch-level internal controls, and coordinate with internal audit teams
