Job Description
We're seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior leadership team. As an EA, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization, managing complex calendars, and facilitating communication across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, email correspondence, and travel arrangements
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other documents
- Facilitate communication across departments and teams
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a corporate or fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
