PROJECT NAME: Time and Expense

POSITION TITLE: Risk and Compliance Associate

WORK SETUP: RTO

Responsibilities:

Generate and provide time-related reports.

Perform reconciliation of time-related data.

Calculate time-based allowances.

Conduct quality checks and peer reviews.

Respond to time-related and general process inquiries.

Prepare ad hoc reports as needed.

Recommend and implement process improvements.

Handle additional tasks as assigned.

Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift

Project Rest Day: Weekends

Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 6 months of any BPO experience or BPO operations experience; preferably non-voice

Open to undergraduates with the required experience above

Open to fresh graduates without experience

Excel knowledge is not required but resource should be trainable

SAP knowledge is preferred only, NOT required
