Decision Analytics Associate Consultant - Sales Ops
3+ years on pharma/healthcare consulting experience
Support the configuration and deployment of incentive compensation plans on the incentive based platform such as ZAIDYNTM, Salesforce.
Collaborate on IC calculations including eligibility, proration, payouts, and payroll integration.
Assist in quality assurance (QA/QC) and validation of IC reports and field scorecards. Participate in the end-to-end setup and refresh of roster, territory assignments, and customer-account mappings.
Support the validation and downstream delivery of updated alignments and data structures. Assist in the target setting process using fairness testing, historical sales trends, and business rules. Analyze aggregated sales data to recommend target allocations at national and sub-national levels.
Ensure alignment with business constraints and coordinate with BU stakeholders for refinement and finalization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and operational readiness
Assist in preparing user guides, training material, and field enablement content.
Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel and SQL (experience in Redshift or similar platforms preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication; exposure to working with global clients or cross-border teams is desirable.
