What you'll be doing
Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
Providing accurate information about our products and services
Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
What we're looking for
Excellent communication, Negotiation skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries and concerns
A positive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to work well in a team
Fluency in English both written and verbal
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
