Reporting to the Assistant Agro Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Maintain a safe and efficient area while adhering to company policies, procedures, and standards.
Work with a positive and professional attitude and approach.
Over the counter sales of feed, agricultural parts, supplies, fuel, and lubricants.
Telephone answering and traffic direction with referral to appropriate members of the sales team.
Operation till systems, conducting inventory counts and merchandising of all related products.
Communicate effectively with store leadership, file maintenance and yard clerks.
Operation of forklift and skid steer.
Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

You have the ability to fulfill physical job requirements, standing, working inside and outside, lifting 20 to 25 pounds regularly.

You have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment.
You must be willing and able to achieve WHMIS and TDG certifications.
