Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Do administrative tasks.
Manage inventory from the system.
Categorize inventory and stock-in from the system.
Maintain database & records of products.
Communicate sales team for any necessary support including invoice making.
Support marketing by doing monitoring and analyzing market trends.
Translate and interpret document and conversations.
Prepare data and make reports.
Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements:
Fresh Graduates are welcome.
Bachelor's Degree.
Business level Mandarin proficiency and conversational English proficiency.
Interested in Administrative roles, can do interpretation and translation (Mandarin ⇔ Indonesian ⇔ English).
Detail oriented, good communication skill, good coordination skill, able to multitask, eager to learn.
