Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Wealth Manager who will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and growing large-scale deposit accounts from high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporates, and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of mobilizing substantial deposits, maintaining client relationships, and achieving financial growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain high-value deposit clients.

• Identify, engage, and onboard HNWIs and corporate clients to grow the institution’s deposit base.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Advise clients on Queens MicroFinance’s savings and investment products, ensuring alignment with their financial goals.

• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor financial solutions that meet client needs.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly deposit mobilization targets.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

• Maintain strict adherence to all regulatory and internal policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification is an added advantage).

• At least 5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or deposit mobilization, preferably in the microfinance or banking sector.

• Demonstrated success in raising significant deposits from HNWIs or corporates.

• Strong network of potential deposit clients.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.

• Goal-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
