Vendor Master Data Associate (SBA)

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and quality of critical master data (e.g., supplier and employee data).

Input master data attributes into the system based on requests.

Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather information and respond to queries or emails.

Evaluate submitted data and follow up on unclear or incomplete details.

Process Procure4You tickets in accordance with their priority level.

Assist in creating and updating process documentation; propose process improvements when applicable.

Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and business units to align on data requirements.

Support the enforcement of data standards and governance procedures.

Prepare and manage analytics and reports related to business master data.

Requirements:

Experience in processing Accounts Payable transactions with knowledge of SLAs.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.

Strong prioritization and time management skills.

Highly organized with a customer-centric approach.

Detail-oriented with strong data entry and validation skills.
