Trainee Boiler Training Officer (Boiler Operator) Bellville-South

Introduction

Our client is looking for a Boiler Operator who would like to join their company in the Training Department training other Boiler Operators. You will need a Boiler Attendance Certificate and a valid Drivers' license.

Duties & Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Compile training materials and ensure that they remain relevant.

• Keep abreast with company products and developments.

• Market and sell training courses.

• Present training courses and evaluate trainees attending boiler courses.

• Identify training needs of boiler users.

• Ensure that all BDTC equipment and buildings are maintained and kept clean.

• Compile and evaluation trainee’s assessments

• Submitting assessment reports

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES • Be presentable and professional. • Excellent communication skills and well spoken. • Be able to interact with customers at all levels. • Technical knowledge will be advantageous. • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Desired Experience & Qualification

QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12

• Must have a valid driver licence.

• Boiler Attendance Certificate

EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years’ experience as a Boiler Operator

• Fluent in English and a third national language will be advantageous.

• Computer Literacy
