Site Supervisor (Architect, Structural/Civil Engineer and Builders)

Responsibilities:

Interpret building design to site workers

Revit proficiency and visualization

Oversee the daily operations on site

Ensure that health and safety measures are strictly adhered to

Read, interpret, and explain complex technical documents to site workers

Manage, coordinate, instruct and monitor the performance of site workers

Test and evaluate building systems

Consult with clients, collaborate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors on building projects

Give an accurate report of project progress to senior management

Requirements:

Proven site work experience

Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills

Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards

Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions

Visual awareness and an eye for detail

Communication and project management skills
