Senior Recruiter
Location: Chennai
Work Mode: Onsite
Shift Timing - 6.30 PM -3.30 AM
Generic Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Post job openings and attract top talent.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate relationships and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Oversee client job fulfillment and ensure timely placements.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs.
• Track hiring metrics and improve recruitment strategies.
• Conduct background checks and negotiate offers.
• Maintain compliance and accurate records.
• Monitor candidate performance and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding Job requirement with focus to ensure maximum Fulfillment
Ability to decipher key skills and expectations from JD’s
Building a strong talent pipeline
Partnering with hiring managers
Developing recruitment plans
Managing the entire recruitment process
Showcase ability to analyze recruitment data to identify trends and optimize recruitment strategies.
Compiling and communicating recruiting data and metrics and ensuring compliance with hiring policies, practices, and company values
Work as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners throughout the full-cycle recruiting process
Qualifications & Skills(Must have):
• Education: MBA (mandatory).
• 1+ Years recruitment experience in any LATAM Country(Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay, Chile, Argentina)
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Other Skills: Good negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications & Skills(Good to have):
• understands end to end Recruitment cycle in Global countries
•IT experience is plus
•Excel
