Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Qualification:
Collaborate daily with the Marketing team to identify, research, and qualify new leads from various sources (e.g., medical directories, professional associations, online platforms, market research).
Maintain and update the database of target healthcare professionals (Dermatologists, Paediatricians, GPs, Physicians) and key pharmacy/distributor contacts.
Sales Planning & Goal Setting:
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and objectives for each Sales Representative, aligned with overall category and SKU targets.
Prioritize leads and sales activities based on strategic importance and potential impact.
Route Planning & Optimization:
Create realistic and efficient daily/weekly route plans for all Sales Representatives, considering geographic clusters, traffic conditions (especially in Nairobi, Mombasa, Eldoret), and doctor/pharmacy availability.
Utilize mapping tools and local knowledge to minimize travel time and maximize visit frequency.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track Sales Representatives' daily activities, visit outcomes, and sales figures against set goals.
Generate regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on sales performance, lead conversion, and market feedback for the Marketing Head.
Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities from sales data.
