Key Responsibilities
Field Lead Generation & Sales Execution
Conduct 15+ daily engagements within gated estates, SME hubs, serviced apartments, or hospitality zones.
Introduce the full Clean Space offering: cleaning, fumigation, hygiene equipment rental, and garden maintenance.
Present service menus or brochures that align with the property type (e.g., move-in/out packages for tenants, annual landscape design for gated communities).
Prospect Engagement & Follow-Up
Gather detailed client needs regarding space size, type of cleaning/fumigation required, and frequency.
Escalate leads needing complex solutions (e.g. pest + deep cleaning + garden clearing) to the Sales Executive.
Reinforce Clean Space’s unique position as a one-stop hygiene and facility solution provider.
Partnership Referrals & Visibility
Promote Clean Space at the grassroots level by introducing services to caretakers, service committee reps, and facility supervisors.
Capture interest from businesses or landlords looking for bundled services (e.g., recurring contract + bin supply + landscaping).
Refer potential partners or bulk-service prospects to the Sales Executive for B2B conversion.
Admin, Reporting & Feedback
Maintain detailed activity logs by service category (e.g., fumigation-only leads vs. multi-service requests).
Submit lead feedback with visual documentation where applicable (e.g. before/after garden needs).
