Job Description
The successful candidate will lead a high-performing sales team in the luxury residential property market, focusing on Mumbai's Western Suburbs, Central Districts, Thane, and South Bombay.
• Create and implement a sales strategy to achieve business targets across the designated markets, focusing on high-end residential properties.
• Build, train, and manage a sales team to ensure exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster strong relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet their luxury property requirements.
• Develop and manage a strong network of Channel Partners, including brokers, agents, and other stakeholders, to drive sales growth.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory changes to ensure the team is equipped to provide expert advice to clients.
• Identify new business opportunities, build partnerships with key stakeholders, and expand the company's presence in the region.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure the sales team represents the brand's values and maintains a high level of professionalism.
Requirements:
• MBA or any Post Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in luxury residential property sales, with a focus on the Mumbai region.
• Proven track record of handling high-ticket sales deals and achieving business targets.
• Strong network of HNI clients, builders, industry professionals, and Channel Partners in the Mumbai region.
• Experience in leading and managing a sales team, with a focus on training and development.
• In-depth knowledge of the luxury residential property market in Mumbai, including market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory changes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in real estate sales or a related field is an added advantage.
• Recognition or awards for outstanding sales performance or leadership in the real estate industry.
