Job Title: Service Coordinator – ISO Shipping - Refrigerated Containers
Location: Mumbai | Department: Service & Operations
Reporting To: Service Manager / Operations Head
Role Overview:
Manage maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs, and ensure efficient service operations for refrigerated containers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule & track maintenance complaints, assign technicians, and ensure timely resolution.
• Act as the primary contact for service requests and customer updates.
• Oversee inspections, manage vendors, and maintain service records.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure availability.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards as far as resolutions are concerned.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Engineering will be an added advantage.
• 3-5 years in service coordination, preferably in reefer containers/cold chain.
• Technical knowledge of refrigeration systems and spare parts.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and ERP/CRM software skills.
