About the internship

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for recruitment? AVM Healthcare Products Private Limited is seeking a driven recruiter intern to join our team! As a key member of our HR department, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process while contributing to the growth of our company.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various online platforms and databases.

2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

3. Maintain and update recruitment databases and spreadsheets using MS-Excel.

4. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on job boards and social media platforms.

5. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.

6. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent.

7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Who can apply

3. are available for duration of 6 months
