Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

 Market and sell/rent residential and commercial properties in Nairobi’s upmarket and

emerging markets.

 Conduct personalized client consultations to match properties with their needs and

preferences.

 Generate and follow up on leads through branded activations, social media, and listing

platforms.

 Submit daily sales and lead reports to management for tailored support and dealclosing

guidance.

 Participate in high-visibility mall and street activations, wearing Urbancore-branded

attire and distributing marketing materials.

 Stay updated on Nairobi’s real estate trends to provide expert advice to clients.

 Monthly Stipend: KES 5,000 for successful sales agents upon probabtion completion.

 Lucrative Commission: 10% commission on every successful sale or rental deal.

Requirements

 Strong passion for real estate and sales, with a results-driven mindset suited for a

commission-based role.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build client trust.

 Familiarity with Nairobi’s real estate market (upmarket and emerging areas is a plus).

 Proficiency with digital tools (social media, listing platforms) for lead generation.

 Ability to participate in activations and conduct property viewings across Nairobi

suburbs.

 Prior sales or real estate experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

 Must be Nairobi-based with reliable transport for client meetings and site visits.
