Job Requirements
• Develop and implement strategic project planning processes and methodologies to ensure efficient project execution in the solar and onshore renewables sector.
• Lead and manage a team of project planners, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure high-quality project plans and schedules.
• Oversee the creation of comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and critical milestones, in alignment with project objectives and stakeholder requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, identify potential bottlenecks, and propose strategies to optimize schedules and resources for enhanced efficiency.
• Identify project risks, constraints, and dependencies, and collaborate with teams to develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project timelines.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project plans and timelines.
• Implement best practices and tools to improve project planning processes and enhance overall project delivery
Work Experience
Required Technical Experience
1. 7+ years of progressive experience in project planning and scheduling within the solar or onshore renewables energy sector, with proven leadership experience. 2. Expertise in project management software/tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Milestone Pro) for scheduling and resource allocation.

Required Education & Certification
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field. 2. Master’s Degree or other advanced degree
