We’re on the lookout for a Sr. Manager – Lead Generation who will take charge of local marketing, college connects, partnership building, and lead generation for our flagship programs – ECA & EON.

🔹 What You'll Do:

• Build meaningful relationships with college reps & TPOs

• Lead seminars, webinars, and camps to spread awareness

• Sign up business partners and drive student enrolments

• Strategically track and optimize ROI across all lead channels

🎯 Who You Are:

• 3–4 years of experience in business development, especially in education/training/skilling

• Strong local knowledge and college networks

• Pro at handling workshops, job melas, and on-ground promotions

• Excellent communicator, multi-tasker, and relationship-builder
