Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1 to 1.5 years of relevant experience in treasury and finance
Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting and bank transactions
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate effectively with banks, vendors, and internal teams
Knowledge of accounting standards and BIR regulatory requirements is an advantage
Willing to work on-site/hybrid (adjust based on actual setup)
Preferably available to join by the second week of June
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer daily petty cash transactions
Prepare and analyze cash forecasts to support the Group's funding requirements
Monitor and evaluate the performance of short-term and long-term investments; prepare management reports on investment profitability
Maintain accurate and up-to-date bank records
Ensure transactions comply with appropriate accounting standards
Maintain strong relationships with banks, vendors, and suppliers; assist in negotiating rates, fees, and pricing
Manage procurement and purchasing requirements for the holding company
Prepare checks and process online payments via bank transfers
Maintain and update payment details of suppliers/payees, including bank account and payee information
Prepare treasury documents requested by external auditors and authorized representatives of affiliates
Record journal entries related to treasury transactions
Prepare BIR Form 2307 for payees
Support ad hoc projects, financial analysis, and tasks as required by the Immediate Superior
Perform other treasury-related duties as may be assigned from time to time
