IT Supervisor

Job Description:

Lead and supervise the IT team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Oversee and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.

Monitor system and network performance, ensuring stability, security, and compliance.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to internal users.

Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.

Coordinate IT-related projects such as system upgrades, cloud migrations, or new software implementations.

Manage data backup and disaster recovery procedures.

Liaise with vendors and service providers for hardware/software procurement and services.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and recommend relevant improvements.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), operating systems (Windows/Linux), and hardware troubleshooting.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Familiar with cybersecurity principles, firewalls, and backup systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL) are advantageous.
