• *POSITION PURPOSE**:
This position is part of the IT-Risk & Cyber Security team, which is serving all entities of the BNPP Group in Germany and Austria.
The missions of the IT-Continuity and Business Continuity Professional, in accordance with the defined policy defined, are to assure adequate IT-Continuity and Business Continuity measures are in place to be prepared for a crisis/disaster.
The main scenarios are unavailability of building, unavailability of staff, unavailability of IT and unavailability of an essential service provider.
For all these scenarios, a Business Continuity (BC) Plan must be maintained and tested. This must be in accordance with the needs of the Business, which are expressed in the Business Impact Analysis interviews.
Besides Crisis Management, documentation must be maintained and periodically tested. Close cooperation is necessary with the supporting IT teams locally as well as centrally.

Certified Business Continuity Specialist
Good communication skill and Networking skill

• *Expectations and responsibilities**
Review Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP’s).
Coordinate different BC exercises.
Support Business Recover Managers and the open task within the team.
Actively participate in Committee & Governance meetings.
Handle queries from Business departments.
Conduct Awareness sessions to the Business Correspondence.
• *TECHNICAL & BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES**:
- Knowledge of Business Continuity Requirements & Framework
- Knowledge of related norms and standards, e.g. ISO 22301 certified
- Good knowledge of MS Office products (esp. Excel)
• *SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS (IF REQUIRED)**:
Knowledge and experience in Business Continuity Management lifecycle
Basic knowledge on IT-Continuity Management
Basic knowledge on Disaster Recovery Management
