We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join our dynamic team and contribute to building a positive, productive and complaint work environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and on-boardingprocesses, including job postings, interviews, and new hire orientations.
Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR databases.
Support the performance management process, including tracking evaluations and implementing improvement plans.
Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace issues.
Handle employee relations matters and contribute to resolving conflicts and grievances.
Assist in organizing training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Coordinate health and safety initiatives within the workplace.
Contribute to various HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in HR, ideally within a manufacturing or fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software is a plus.
