About the job
Responsible for the research and updates on the current organization structure, policies of HRD, and company rules and regulations.
Responsible for the Documentation and Filing System:
Assists in organizing and scanning physical documents
Updates the Leave Summaries and current documents of employees
Help with updating the company’s organizational chart
Make readable and comprehensible posters for announcements
Gives support in recruitment and onboarding:
Sending email invites for applicants
Monitor orientation schedules of new hires
Updates Recruitment Tracker
Sending of congratulatory emails to those who passed the interviews
Coordinate with supervisors as necessary
Minimum Qualifications
Undergraduate in Psychology, Human Resources Management or other related courses
Must be knowledgeable in all Office 365 application
Knowledgeable and skillful in creative/media applications
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong analytical skills
Keen attention to detail
With pleasing personality
Well-organized
Can work with minimal supervision
