Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate organizations, government agencies, transport/logistics companies, and NGOs.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and emerging trends in driver training and road safety.
Effective management of the team members
Establish partnerships with relevant regulatory bodies (e.g., FRSC, VIO), transport associations, and large fleet operators.
Represent the institute at industry events, exhibitions, safety forums, and road shows.
Collaborate with marketing and training teams to develop outreach campaigns and promotional materials.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
Provide regular performance reports and business forecasts to management.
Prepare professional proposals, bid documents, and service agreements.
Negotiate terms and close contracts in line with the institute’s policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Transport Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 – 10years of business development or B2B sales experience
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building strategic partnerships.
