Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome
Assist guests with any inquiries, requests, or concerns they may have during their stay
Handle guest complaints and work towards providing a satisfactory resolution
Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times while interacting with guests
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all guest needs are met
Keep track of guest feedback and make recommendations for improvements to management
Plan and organize special events and activities for guests
Provide guests with information about the ship's facilities, activities, and services
Handle guest check-in and check-out processes
Ensure that all guest information is kept confidential and secure
Uphold the company's standards of service and guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Knowledge of multiple languages is an asset
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications as required by the company
