Customer Onboarding Consultant

About the Role

As a Consultant/Customer Onboarding Specialist in our Small Business Capability Centre, you will fulfil lending requirements for Small Business Customers originating through ANZ GoBiz, ANZ’s Online Lending Application channel for fast and easy online business loans and overdrafts. Your key responsibilities include preprocessing new lending applications and delivering exceptional customer service over the phone & email to our commercial customers, following best practices. This involves conducting initial evaluations of loan applications, customer profiles, and financial documents.
