Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
� Assist in designing timelines based on team capacity and client expectations.
� Maintain an updated project plan, advise clients on due dates, and manage delays.
� Ensure compliance with all project documentation requirements.
� Stakeholder & Client Management
� Manage clients/stakeholders to enhance customer experience and mitigate risks.
� Communicate effectively with stakeholders through meetings and presentations.
� Conduct client onboarding, including new ways of working and cultural training.
� Handle queries, escalations, and issues
Documentation:
� Prepare client proposals, contracts, and other documents.
� Coordination & Delivery
� Coordinate with Recruitment, IT, and operations to meet required project turnaround time
� Deliver services with high client satisfaction.
Internal Process Improvement:
� Deliver written processes and procedures within the project timeline.
� Assess existing processes, identify gaps/waste, and recommend improvements as necessary
� Design process workflows and provide recommendation to optimize
� Develop customer journey maps, communication templates, and related documents.
