About The Role
This role will be reporting directly to the CEO. The intern role will have a unique opportunity to lead large scale projects and have the following responsibilities:
Brand Building Campaign Strategy: Engage in the overall development and planning of brand strategies and marketing campaigns. Focus on aligning these strategies with the brand's vision and values, ensuring comprehensive support for new brand launches and sustained growth.
Go-to-Market Campaign Execution: Take charge of executing innovative marketing campaigns specifically designed for the go-to-market phase. Prioritize user acquisition and large-scale brand awareness through unique, data-driven strategies that captivate target audiences and drive engagement.
Social Media and TikTok Strategy: Spearhead the creation and management of compelling social media campaigns, with a strong emphasis on TikTok. Develop content that resonates with our audience, leveraging trends and platform-specific features to enhance brand visibility and foster a vibrant online community. Analyze community & audience demographics & adapt strategies accordingly.
Consumer Research and Insight: Conduct in-depth consumer research using quantitative and qualitative methods to uncover actionable insights, and analyze consumer data to inform product development, brand positioning, and marketing strategies.
Brand and Product Development Strategy: Assist in the development process of brand and product ideation, leveraging market insights and consumer trends to conceptualize innovative and compelling brand identities and product offerings.
Requirements:
Education: Senior level undergraduates or fresh graduates from top tier universities
Consumer Affinity: Interest in working within a startup environment, with a passion for brands and consumers preferably in the beauty and pet care sectors
Analytical Skills: Data-driven orientation with analytical skills. Must possess a natural curiosity, eagerness to learn, and the ability to engage in critical thinking.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Excel, G Suite, Tiktok/Capcut, and Canva. Openness to quickly adapt to and learn new tools for tracking, optimization, and reporting.
Problem-Solving Attitude: An independent, proactive approach to problem-solving. Must be innovative, willing to experiment, and eager to explore new strategies and solutions.
