Billing Officer

Full job description

Ensures bills are finalized in concurrence with the contracts and quotations and laisse with the front office staff for timely closure of bills. Ensuring dispatch of bills to corporate companies. Submission of Claims.

Finalization of corporate bills and insurance GOP bills and ensuring timely submission to the companies by emails/transport.

Finalization of Intercompany, staff billing and cash due bills.

Submission of bills via portal to various companies as needed by the corporate companies.

Correspondence and liaising with internal departments on requirements related to bill finalization.

Correspondence with insurance department and the other internal departments regarding the correction of GOP’s wherever needed as per the services rendered.

Correspondence with external corporate companies on billing requirements and invoice submissions.

Filing of invoices and documents of corporate companies.

Submission of Insurance, cash, and corporate bills through Shafafiya Portal.

Bachelor of Commerce

Two years minimum of experience.

Knowledge of insurance billing procedure.

Knowledge of principles and practices of bookkeeping.

Knowledge in using computer and related software applications.

Extreme organization skills.

Communication, interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with co-workers, supervisor and customers.
