After Sales Engineer

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Responsible for product repair, testing, and maintenance to ensure functionality.

Communicate with customers and the technical team to address after-sales technical issues.

Assist the technical team in improving product design to reduce the failure rate.

Install solar panels and resolve inverter issues.

Requirements:

Graduate of Electrical/Electronics Engineering or any course related to electrical technology

Minimum 1-2 years practical experience as an aftersales Engineer or after-sales officer in a solar company

Must live in proximity to Ojodu, Ikeja, Ogba, Ojota, Ketu, Agege

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Willing to do on-site/field work

Familiar with the Installation of both on-grid and off-grid solar installations

Able to read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams and analyze faults based on these diagrams.

Proficient in using a soldering iron and other repair tools to solder and replace motherboard hardware

Excellent time management, Communication, and customer relationship management skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Skilled in soldering techniques.

Familiar with electric circuit faults.
