Key Responsibilities:
As an administration assistant of the practice management division, this role is responsible the following areas:
• Lead Management/Client Onboarding
o Ensuring proposals in Practice Ignition are drafted and sent to client leads.
o Completing new client onboarding within 5 business days.
• Corporate Secretarial/ASIC Duties
o Sending out Annual Statements.
o Maintaining companies with Debts to ensure clients are aware.
o Preparation and lodgement of ASIC documents within deadlines.
o Setting-up new structures.
• Post Work Admin
o Ensuring all work is invoiced, signed, and lodged within the deadlines.
o That all mail is processed and sent to clients weekly.
• Electronic Signing Management
o Ensure that no documents sit unsigned without clients being chased for > 7 days.
• Client Database Management
o Ensure that FYI Elite, FYIDocs, XPM, NowInfinity and
Industries:Outsourcing/Offshoring
