Account Officer

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.

2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Tally, or other ERP systems).

Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.

Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliations.

Skilled in cash flow management, budgeting, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Membership or part qualification in ICAN, ACCA, or any other recognized professional accounting body is an added advantage.
