VAT AUDITING LEARNERSHIP

The purpose of the Audit Intern is to provide support to the audit team which encompasses all administrative functions related to on-site and office-based audits for the Maximum Profit Recovery Pretoria Branch located at 659 Rubenstein Drive, Moreleta Park. Upon completion of the leanership, the successful incumbent would have completed a NQF 5 Accounting Technician with AT-SA. This position is for candidates living with a disability

Duties & Responsibilities

Administration

Assist Auditors with on-site audits

Scanning of documents

Acquiring and locating invoices in archives

Preparation of training manuals

Print and bind training manuals and attendance registers

Supply prepared training manuals to the Training and Development Officer

Provide feedback on current progress to Audit Manager

Provide continuous updates on the progress of scans

Provide continuous updates on missing documents and/or issues that may arise at the site.

Assist with basic audit administration

Assist with any printing of documents required by the auditors

Traveling

The audit Intern may be required to travel with Auditors to Clients. This may result in the Intern being out of office for a number of days, due to audit and travel requirements.

Qualifications

Diploma in Accounting or related

Matric – National Senior Certificate

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office – Especially Excel
